You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

You retain ownership of your website content.

By using SEOpatchr, you grant us limited permission to access and process your website data solely for delivering our services.

SEOpatchr provides AI-generated recommendations.

You acknowledge:

• Recommendations may not always be accurate.
• SEO results cannot be guaranteed.
• Search rankings are controlled by third-party search engines.

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or covered under our Refund Policy.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer our platform
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Disrupt platform operations

All software, branding, logos, and platform technology belong to SEOpatchr.

SEOpatchr shall not be liable for:

• Search ranking fluctuations
• Website traffic changes
• Loss of profits
• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid during the previous 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India.
